Warranty

Conditions of Sale and Installation

BAM Paving reserves the right to postpone installation in the event of abnormal weather or winter conditions until such weather clears to suitable before work continues as the quality of the work might be affected. If it is agreeable to start or continue such work during abnormal weather conditions special surcharge may apply and warranty may be affected.
Any unforeseen obstructions encountered during excavation (such as cement foundations, concrete slabs, buried tree stumps, large rocks, boulders, ect.) is the responsibility of the homeowner.
Balance is due in full upon completion unless otherwise specified.
Two percent per month carrying charges will apply to all overdue accounts.
A one year warranty is applicable only with the installation of a complete base by BAM Paving (consisting of 8-12 inches of Granular A stone). In cases where BAM Paving has not installed the base material, any problems or cracking will be evaluated and repaired a the discretion of BAM Paving.
Unless otherwise specified, excavation means to remove existing asphalt only. BAM Paving will not be held responsible for defects caused by existing base related problems.
Not responsible for cracks due to dry conditions in summer.
Cracks are not guaranteed.
Price for Rip/Pave is removing only one layer of asphalt (Extra layer of asphalt is an additional cost).
Overlay is not guaranteed.

Safety

In compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and WHMIS – Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System, BAM Paving requires the following for all its staff:

Workman signs on street
Hard hats
Steel toe boots
Safety glasses
Protective vests
First aid kits in trucks

Privacy

BAM Paving does not disclose information about its customers as we strongly believe in privacy for all individuals. We will not sell, distribute or give authorization for any of its employees or contractors to use or misuse the trust that we have developed with our customers past, present or future.

to establish and manage customer relationships;
to establish and maintain commercial relationships with clients, suppliers and other third parties, including to issue invoices, administer accounts, collect and process payments, and to fulfill contractual obligations; and
